Clear, unbiased communication with pictures from the car to illustrate their recommendations for service. As a woman I struggle feeling taken advantage of or talked down to at many auto repair shops, but NOT here! What a great experience-- I'd recommemd to anyone/everyone!

Best repair facility on the North Coast. Bar none!!!

From start to finish, Leon’s provides exceptional service. Beginning with an appointment text reminder, excellent front desk service at drop off, communication with the technician with sending photos and descriptions about my vehicle, and overall outstanding customer service. Thank you for a trustworthy experience! Leon’s will always be my go to car care center!

Leon’s is fantastic! Cynthia at the front desk is courteous, helpful, and professional. And when she went on a break while I was in the waiting area, one of the mechanics manned the phone. What I witnessed was nothing short of excellence! He was kind and patient to the folks who called in with questions…carefully listening to their issues and offering help in layman’s terms so that he was assured they had a clear understanding of his advice. Lucas, who worked on my car was simply amazing and helped guide me through the steps in getting my car to pass smog and talked about what I may need in the future on a high mileage vehicle. They have earned a customer for life.
